How to Read TestAS Scores in 2026

The two TestAS formats use different score scales.

Digital TestAS

• TestAS Score 0-200 for the full Core Module.
• TestAS Score 0-200 for the full Subject Module.
• Overall score 0-400.
• Percentile rank 1-100, showing the share of the reference group that scored lower.

Paper-Based TestAS

• Standard score 70-130 for the Core Test.
• Standard score 70-130 for the Subject Module.
• Percentile rank 1-100 for each.
• The two standard scores are reported separately; there is no digital-style 0-400 overall score.

There is no nationwide pass mark. Whether a score is competitive depends on the university, program, applicant group, and selection method. Do not apply paper Standardwert benchmarks such as 110 or 120 to digital results because they use a different scale.

Use the official TestAS conversion table when comparing formats; do not create a percentage conversion.
